Best of Calvin and Hobbes

Cartoon strips have an uncanny knack of revealing life truths as well as providing a mirror to the society. Calvin & Hobbes by Bill Watterson is one of my perennial favourites for the aforesaid reasons.

Given below are some gems espoused by Calvin, they never fail to bring a smile to my face :-)

1. I like maxims that don't encourage behaviour modification.

2. I go to school, but I never learn what I want to know.

3. I was put on this earth to accomplish a certain number of things. Right now I'm so far behind I will never die.
