Free solo

Alex Honnold became the first person in the whole wide world to free climb the El Capitan, a granite monolith of 1,307 metres in Yosemite National Park USA. A staggering achievement indeed given the risks involved! A documentary made on his daring climb, called 'Free solo' won the best documentary feature award during the 2019 Oscar awards.
