India's improving performances in track and field events

It has been in the last 10 odd years perhaps that athletes from India have been consistently improving their performances and garnering worldwide attention for their achievements. While it is extremely heartwarming to see / read about such accomplishments, even more so are some pleasant surprises that come along the way. One such surprise that came up recently was when the Indian mixed relay team (4 * 100 metres) had their 2018 Asiad Games silver medal upgraded to gold on account of the podium toppers getting disqualified due to discovery of doping within their team.
