Passwords - a window into our lives!
ARTS & CULTURE
In today's digital age, passwords have become a daily part of our lives. Our use of various personal and business related software applications; online activities such as checking our emails or bank accounts, sharing our latest crowning moments on Facebook or Twitter etc all involve the use of these passwords. It is this omnipresence of theirs which makes it a daunting task to maintain them. Following the general principle of 'having a password which is easy to remember and difficult to guess' in mind, we tend to use data / events / milestones in our lives as inputs to creating these multitudinous passwords.
I recently came across a very interesting article on the New York Times which beautifully explains how these passwords offer an insight into our lives and on many occasions, represent some of our inner-most secrets. Have a look and let me know what you think of it.
